The Almiketxu Restaurant is located in the outskirts of the town called
Bermeo, in a Barrio called Almike. Bermeo is located in the middle of the
famous Urdaibai Stuary in the province of Bizkaia,Euskadi, Spain.
Our restaurant is 25 minutes away from the city of Bilbao ( Guggenheim Museum
) and our neighboring towns are :Gernika, Bakio, and Mungia.
• Arriving from Gernika : Road BI-2235 will bring you
to Bermeo, you will see the port at your right and when you get to the first
intersection you will see a white building at your right, at that intersection
you have to make a left following the red and white Almiketxu signs, 2 Kms.
ahead you will get to the Barrio of Almike, we are next to the church.
• Arriving from Mungia, ( Option 1 ) : Road BI-631
will take you to Larrauri,keep going and later you will get to Mañu,
there follow the red and white Almiketxu sign,make a right, at the top there
is another red and white Almiketxu sign, follow that and you will get to the
Barrio of Almike, we are next to the Church with a big parking lot looking
over Bermeo.
• Arriving fron Bakio or Mungia, ( Option 2 ): Go all
the way to Bermeo and when you get to the intersection where you see a white
building to your left and the port also to your left, make a right turn following
the Almiketxu red and white signs at that intersection,
2 Kms. ahead you will get to the Barrio of Almike, we are next to the church.
